No more rain!

Okay, enough is enough. I think it is safe to say that we have had our fair share of rain. Seriously, it has rained on and off for just about two weeks. We have had severe weather reports and even tornado warnings that woke our children in the night. I don't think I have slept in my bed for more than a couple hours each night, as my oldest is horribly afraid of thunder.
Hopefully, the end is near.
On a happy note, currently, it is not raining. :)
We are making vacation plans. Yippee! Next week, we are heading north to Minnesota. The boys always love to go to Lego Land at the MegaMall, so that will be good. Not too much planned, just a nice get- away for the family. And hopefully, no rain.

Here I am...

Well, it is official. I am blogging. I guess I am supposed to do this daily, to keep a record of our life around here...we will see how that goes. It will try to keep this up to date, in between helping with homework, playing Star Wars and chasing after a one year old who insists on emptying the kitchen cupboards every 5 minutes.
We will see where this blogging thing takes us...
